Introduced this year, the Citroën Fleet Service Menu Pricing programme is designed to ensure fleet customers will receive a consistently high level of service when visiting a Citroën Authorised Repairer and to give complete price transparency.

The Citroën Fleet Service Menu Pricing programme aims to be easy to use, to offer transparent pricing and to meet the requirements of the Fleet operator

Your local Citroën Authorised Repairer will help you to establish a long-term business relationship through the delivery of consistently high standards and levels of service.

 

Fleet Menu Pricing includes:

  • Internet on-line access facility to request a vehicle service
  • 3 days maximum lead time without a courtesy car
  • While You Wait servicing
  • Guaranteed mobility: either collection/delivery/drop-off or courtesy car, by arrangement
  • Initial Diagnosis without any initial appointment
  • Vehicle checked for outstanding recall campaign
  • Visual inspection with the customer prior to start of work
  • Quality check, and quality certificate when work is complete
  • Progress reports to drivers
  • The commitment of our policy to quote all inclusive price, excluding sundries
  • Complementary service wash

Pricing Structure

With Citroen Fleet Service Menu Pricing meeting all your requirements, you can rely on high standards of maintenance carried out by Citroën trained technicians. You can rest assured your vehicles will run reliably and the cost of maintenance will be known in advance.

The Citroën Fleet Service Menu Pricing offers the following advantages:

  1. Fixed regional labour rates
  2. Oil price fixed: Citroën recommends the use of fully synthetic oil
  3. Discounted Price parts
  4. Price given for common maintenance jobs, e.g. front pads & discs
  5. Total price for scheduled maintenance will be known in advance
  6. Annual price reviews
  7. No labour charge for fitting wiper blades & exterior light bulbs (except on xenon fitted vehicles where a 0.5 additional labour cost can be charged by the dealer).
  8. No additional charges, e.g. brake cleaner, oil flush


Repair Order and Quality Check Certificate

Whenever your vehicle requires a service, your local Citroën Authorised Repairer will arrange an appointment at a time to suit you.

Whether you are visiting your Authorised repairer for a regular service or for a specific problem, you will be provided with a repair order.

A Visual Inspection will be carried out in the customer’s presence, on arrival, to establish the condition of the vehicle and confirm the work that is required. A price estimate will be given to the customer along with a copy of the repair order.

The Citroën Quality Check Certificate will be issued to all customers as their assurance that every vehicle has been thoroughly inspected for the quality of the repair and advice given on any future work required. This will allow you to budget for future work, make a booking at a suitable time and be reassured that un-necessary work will not be carried out.

It will also inform you when your next service and MOT test are due.

 

Citroën-Michelin Tyre programme

The Citroën Tyre p rogramme is developed in close collaboration with Michelin, our long-standing partner and the world leading Tyre Company.

Michelin tyres are fitted to all new Citroën vehicles as original equipment. They are designed to give you the best performance in terms of longevity, low wear rates, high dynamic levels of grip, safety and comfort.

This programme is designed to ensure that, when required, the best tyres are fitted as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Your local Citroën dealer is equipped to fit tyres and carries a range of tyres in stock.

On top of considerations of availability and quality, price is also clearly an important factor, and your Citroën Dealer will always be able to provide Michelin tyres at a highly competitive market rate.

Citroën recommends that your vehicle be fitted with Michelin tyres to continue enjoying exceptional levels of driving enjoyment and performance.


Regional Labour rates

The Citroen Fleet Service Menu Pricing has 6 fixed regional labour rates, covering the whole of the United Kingdom . These reflect the regional differences in operating costs.

 

Additional Charges

Lubricants:
Engine oil: Citroën recommends the use of fully synthetic oil as it will give the best results in terms of engine performance, engine longevity, fuel consumption, and exhaust emissions. Fully synthetic oil is used in all engines when manufactured and delivered to their first owner. The customer may choose other oils, provided they meet the minimum specification given in the maintenance guide.

No additional costs will be accepted, e.g. brake cleaner or engine flush.

Invoices are to be rejected if they exceed the relevant price matrix
